On this week’s Freshman Friday, we are celebrating freshman soccer player Anna White.  Anna has not played a fall sport at West this year, however her future as a high school soccer player is looking bright.  Anna played with the AFA Fillies Soccer Club’s 2007 Zenyattas, a team who has placed first multiple times in state contests, for two years before changing clubs and playing for Missouri Rush ECNL RL, a team with a prominent reputation in the state.  She is an ambassador for the Instagram page “Soccer Girl Problems” and has an Instagram account where she can be recruited in the future.

As for her accomplishments, Anna has won the State Cup twice in a row with her current team, and has made the ODP team twice during her select soccer career.

“Anna is very confident on the field and helps up her teammates. She is creative, and she has dominating defense”, says former teammate and current friend Riley McGuire.
