This last week (1/10-1/14), the St. Charles West swim team honored their seniors with their annual senior night at the YMCA.  The seniors; Paige Whiteside, Taylor Everly (manager), Jacqueline Gurley, Sam Morgan, and Alyssa Helbing, were each presented with assorted gift baskets and flowers following the announcements of their names and accomplishments the past four years.

Following the senior night, the Warriors competed in a tri-meet against St. Charles High School and Holt (Wentzville) High School.  The warriors managed to place second in the meet, an impressive feat and huge placement for the Warriors.

“It felt nice getting awarded for my hard work, swimming is tough”, says senior Paige Whiteside, “It feels good knowing I have the mental and physical strength to do swim, I’ve improved a lot on my 20 lap race and it feels good knowing I can do that”.

The next swim meet is today, January 18th.
