Variety Show: Night One

Last night, the St. Charles West Tribe Line held their annual variety show.  The variety show consists of various performance groups, such as choir, band, orchestra, winter guard, and dance, that perform together as a Tribe Line fundraiser in order to show off each group’s progress over the year.

The state-winning Tribe Line showed off one new group dance and multiple solos and duets.  Duets consisted of Joy Cowan and Natalie Friis and the other was performed by Annabelle Prost and Kleyton Crate.  Solos were performed by Joy Cowan, Ella Smith, Kleyton Crate, and Annabelle Prost.

At the end of the ceremony, the Tribe Line gathered together and watched a slideshow on their season, and danced together for one final time.  This allowed seniors Joy Cowan and Natalie Friis to reflect back on their years at St. Charles West.  The seniors will be dearly missed, however, there is one final performance tonight featuring more dances.

Some of the highlights of the show included a father/daughter dance, featuring each dance team member’s dad, a Spongebob themed duet, and performances of “Hey Jude” and “Superstition” by the choirs.

Make sure to attend the SCW variety show one last time TONIGHT at 6:00 PM.  This is a show you do not want to miss.
