In this senior spotlight, we will be highlighting Mackenzie McGuire. Kenzie loves watching Grey’s Anatomy and football. She has been a part of the SCW newspaper for 2 years. She enjoys taking pictures in her free time not only for St. Charles West, but also for other schools, friends, and family. Her photography business is called Kenzie Takes Photos where she books appointments for sports, couples, and individual people.

When asked about her favorite memory of St. Charles West she said, “When we do the Tomahawk it really instills the SCW pride in me. I also really like taking photos on the sidelines,”.  She is sad to leave her friends and sister (Riley McGuire) at West when she graduates. Her best advice to incoming freshmen is to work hard and stay humble.

In the fall she plans to major in education to become an elementary school teacher. She has not committed to any colleges yet. Congratulations Mackenzie on all your accomplishments, we will miss you!
