This week’s dog of the week is in memoriam of Paco. Paco came back to 5 Acres after being in foster about 3 weeks ago, one of the 5 Acres staff members fostered him for the duration of his time at 5 Acres and he was the “front desk dog” when he would come to work with her. Paco received A LOT of attention during his time as a front desk dog. During his last weekend with 5 Acres he went to two separate events to help raise money for other dogs like him. On Friday, Paco got to go on what is called a “freedom ride” to Kansas to live out the rest of his life in a hospice foster home. Unfortunately, 5 Acres received the news on Sunday morning that he had passed away.
