This past Saturday (1/8), the St. Charles West Dance and Drill was pronounced regional champions at the competition in Fort Zumwalt North hosted by Dance Team Union. During the competition, the girls placed fourth in their jazz routine, first in their prop routine, and each solo performed managed to place in the competition.  Senior Joy Cowan placed fifth, junior Ella Smith placed fourth, freshman Kleyton Crate placed second, and freshman Annabelle Prost placed first.

In the past, the dance team placed second in their prop and lyrical routine at the Lindbergh competition back in December.  In July, the Tribe Line participated in the NDA camp and got a bid to nationals in the spring. The Tribe Line also participates in halftime shows for basketball games and in assemblies and always receives positive reviews from peers, teachers, and other sports coaches. Looking ahead, the future is bright for the Tribe Line and the school is so proud of what they have done, and what they are going to do.
