This past weekend, the St. Charles West Tribe Line (Dance and Drill) placed 4th at the state group competition at the Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri. The girls competed at 9:09 AM and 10:39 AM on Saturday morning and placed first in both the lyrical and prop categories.  Overall, the team left everything on the floor, and their hard work over the season paid off.

The team has been working towards this goal since their summer NDA camp in July.  The girls have been practicing and tweaking routines since August, and have performed routines at various competitions throughout the year.  As for the girls, each and every one of them have put in a tremendous amount of work to get to this competition.  The St. Charles West community is so proud of them and their accomplishments they have made this season.

In addition to the group competition, dancer Joy Cowan competed at Fort Zumwalt North on Friday night with a high scoring performance.  Joy is a senior at St. Charles West and has been on Tribe Line since her freshman year.  This school year, she went to Disneyworld in November 2021 and participated in the Varsity Spirit Spectacular, a parade held within the Disneyworld Magical Kingdom.

Overall, the community is so proud of their work and accomplishments they have made this season.  Forever and always, sparkle and shine ladies!
